All work will be performed according to the mutually agreed project scope. Any changes or additions must be requested in writing and may incur additional costs and time extensions.
3. Estimates & Payments
All project cost estimates are based on current market rates and client specifications. A formal quote will be provided. A payment schedule, including deposit requirements and milestone payments, must be adhered to. Late payments may attract interest charges.
4. Timelines
We strive to meet agreed timelines; however, delays caused by weather, third-party vendors, or changes in scope are not our liability. We will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Site Access & Approvals
Clients must ensure appropriate site access and provide necessary legal permissions or approvals for construction. Raasi JM Foundation is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from access or regulatory issues.
6. Warranty & Quality Assurance
We guarantee workmanship for a period of [Insert Warranty Period]. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer policies. Faults arising from client misuse or external damage are not covered.
7. Health & Safety

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any outstanding payments for work completed must be settled within accepted days of termination.

Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration under Indian laws.

All services are provided in accordance with applicable building codes and regulatory standards. Clients must ensure they are aware of and compliant with local laws.
