We are prominent for providing A to Z Construction related services within the Budget and the stipulated time. We made footprints on providing services across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Pondicherry.

We have our centre of operations in Avadi, Tamil Nadu along with several branch offices at Medavakkam and Perambur and the overwhelming support of our client base made us to inaugurate our new office in Coimbatore shortly. Raasi JM Foundation is one roof under which all your construction allied services and needs are fulfilled at a reasonable price
Our Mission
- To create an infrastructure of about 10000 – 15000 sq.ft to support the construction works of 100+ buildings simultaneously.
- To expand our workforce by 200-500 employees and support them in increasing their standard of living.

Mr. Magesh Kumar
Our beloved Founder Mr. Magesh Kumar kickstarted his career in the construction industry in the year 1998 by joining as a site engineer in an Organisation in Chennai. His fascination towards the construction industry made him to start JM Raasi Foundation in 2001. Though the company has started in 2001, it has been duly registered as a Company in the year 2003. We had our first office in Vyasarpadi, which is then relocated to Medavakkam. Our second office was opened in Avadi in 2014, which is followed by our third office in Perambur in the year 2021. We are super excited to announce that we are planning to inaugurate our new office in Coimbatore by July, 2025. With over two decades plus experience in the construction industry, made us one of the leading construction company in Chennai.
